Damon Harbison

Damon Harbison currently serves as President of SSM Health, a position held since July 2023, while also leading SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia, IL, since February 2018. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Interim President at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital from 2010 to February 2018, as well as Vice President of Operations and Executive Director of various departments within the organization. Damon began a career with Tenet Healthcare as Director of Oncology Services from July 2001 to January 2010. Educational achievements include an MBA in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Radiologic Sciences from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health, and an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology from Kaskaskia College.
