Jeannie Mollohan, DNP, APRN-BC, NEA-BC has extensive work experience in nursing leadership roles. Jeannie began their career with Cardinal Glennon Hospital in 2008, where they served as the Chief Nursing Officer until 2011. Jeannie then moved to Mercy, where they worked as the Executive Director of the Children's Hospital from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined SSM Health and held various leadership positions, including Regional Executive Director of Nursing Practice and Clinical Effectiveness from 2012 to 2016, and System Executive Director of Nursing Practice and Clinical Effectiveness from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, they served as the System Vice President of Professional Practice and Nursing Excellence from 2019 to 2021, and currently holds the position of System Vice President of Professional Nursing Practice, Patient Experience, Employee Health and Safety. Jeannie Mollohan's career has focused on advancing nursing practice and enhancing patient experience.
Jeannie Mollohan DNP APRN-BC NEA-BC has a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Jeannie also obtained a Certificate in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner from St. John's Mercy Medical Center in Saint Louis, Missouri. Additionally, Jeannie holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Nursing of Children/Nursing Administration from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in Nursing/Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
In terms of certifications, Jeannie has obtained the Nurse Executive Advanced certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in June 2020. Jeannie also holds the Fundamentals of Magnet Certificate from the same institution, obtained in 2013. Furthermore, Jeannie is certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by The National Certification Corporation since January 1998.
