Mindy Phillips

Mindy Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mindy started their career at Kindred Healthcare as a Supervisor of Medical Records and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined SSM Health as a Regulatory and Peer Review Coordinator and later became a Regulatory Coordinator. Mindy then served as a Corporate Manager, Clinical Excellence and Regulatory Compliance before being promoted to the position of Corporate Director of Corporate Responsibility. In 2015, they were promoted again to System Vice President of Corporate Responsibility. In their most recent role at SSM Health, Mindy served as the System Vice President of Corporate Responsibility and Risk. Alongside their work at SSM Health, Mindy also became a Principal Member of Advanced Rental and Service, LLC in 2012.
