Perlita Schorfheide

Perlita Schorfheide, PE, CCM, PMP, currently serves as Vice President and Principal at SSOE Group, focusing on electric vehicle, battery, and photovoltaic markets since March 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Jacobs from May 2000 to February 2024, where responsibilities included Senior Director for the Electric Vehicles business unit, leading global teams on complex projects, and overseeing a portfolio with hyper-aggressive schedules. Earlier roles at Jacobs encompassed Project Director, managing hyperscale Mission Critical design projects internationally; Project Manager, with oversight of transit and rail projects; and Contract Manager for Amtrak's ARRA program. Perlita also worked as Project Engineer and Site Civil Engineer, delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, and began a career as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at URS Corporation and a Geotechnical Engineer at Haley & Aldrich. Perlita holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from De La Salle University.
