Dana Bidlack has over 30 years of IT experience, currently serving as an IT Specialist at SSP - Stainless Steel Products since April 2001, where responsibilities include day-to-day support for over 180 user computers, system configuration, and basic server/network administration. Prior to this role, Dana worked at Allen Aircraft Products from April 1986 to October 2000 as a PC Administrator and Engineering Draftsman, managing all aspects of PC administration. Education includes studies at Crestwood and Maplewood JVS from 1984 to 1986.
