Jim Ryder

Vice President Supply Chain at SSP

Jim Ryder has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Jim started their career at Collins & Aikman as a Master Scheduler from 1999 to 2002. Jim then worked at Magna International as a Scheduling & Materials Administrator and later as a Production Manager from 2002 to 2007. Jim then joined Goodrich Landing Gear as a Program Planner and later became a Program Planning Supervisor from 2007 to 2010. Jim worked at Swagelok as a Business Process Analyst and a Supply Chain Manager - New Product Development from 2010 to 2013. Jim then moved on to NMG Aerospace, where they held multiple roles including Director of Supply Chain Management from 2013 to 2016. Jim also worked at A. Schulman, Inc. as a Director of Supply Chain Management from 2016 to 2017. Jim returned to NMG Aerospace and served as a Director of Strategic Business Planning and then as a Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Management from 2017 to 2023. Currently, they are working at SSP as the Vice President of Supply Chain since 2023.

Jim Ryder earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus between 1995 and 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2005 to 2007.
