Paul Omilion has a significant amount of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Paul started their career at Precise Tool Corp. in 1986, where they worked as a Supervisor until 1992. In 1992, they joined SSP as an Engineering Manager and was involved in various aspects of manufacturing, including design and project management. Paul then progressed through the company, holding positions such as Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Director of Manufacturing, where they led daily operations and implemented strategic growth plans. As of 2023, Omilion holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at SSP.

Paul Omilion has a diverse education history. In 1977, they began studying Mechanical Engineering at Cleveland State University, where they completed their degree in 1986. In 1980, they additionally enrolled at Parma Vocational/Precise Tool Corp for a DOL Certified Tool & Die Apprenticeship Program, which they finished in 1984. In 1995, Paul attended Marquette University to specialize in FEA Stress Failure Analysis. Lastly, in 2009, they briefly pursued studies in Leadership and Management Administration at Kent State University.
