Andreas Tsavdaridis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Andreas started their career as a Chef and co-owner at ''Epi xilou geuseis'' restaurant in 2006. Andreas then worked as a Consulting Chef at Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan from 2010 to 2012. Andreas also served as a Food and Beverage Controller and Sous Chef at MAKEDONIA PALACE HOTEL from 2008 to 2012. Andreas then moved on to become a Department Manager and Chef at Mart Cash & Carry S.A. from 2012 to 2017. Andreas also worked as an R&D Chef at Provil SA from 2017 to 2018, and as a Chef at Nikoforos restaurant from 2017 to 2018. Andreas then held the position of Kitchen Manager at Pig 'n' Whistle from 2018 to 2021 before joining O'Learys as a Kitchen Manager from 2021 to 2021. Andreas then worked as a Multi Unit Kitchen Manager at Brödernas from 2021 to 2022, and as an Area Executive Chef at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Multi Unit Manager at SSP Sweden since 2023.

Andreas Tsavdaridis completed their education at several institutions. From 2014 to 2017, they attended AKMI private culinary institute, where they focused on Culinary Arts and Chef Training. Prior to that, in 2001 and 2002, they studied at the Ministry of Agriculture Meat Handling School, specializing in Meat Cutting. Andreas also attended Pythagoras private technical school from 1997 to 1999, pursuing a field of study in IT technician.
