Dheeraj Chopra

Dheeraj Chopra is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Country Manager and Head of Operations at SSP Group plc since May 2010. In this role, Dheeraj has successfully led operations across 27 units, managing a workforce of 960 individuals and overseeing an 8-figure turnover. Dheeraj played a crucial role in achieving a 205% growth in revenue and spearheaded an 18-month mobilization program for the transformation of company estate. Prior experience includes significant roles at airports and managing numerous Starbucks locations, where Dheeraj attained numerous accolades and contributed to business expansion. Dheeraj holds a Higher National Diploma in Multi-Unit Leadership from Coventry University and advanced degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management from The University of Waikato.
