Mark Rainbow

Mark Rainbow is an experienced executive with a proven track record in strategic project management and operational leadership within the food service and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Projects at SSP Group Plc since October 2017, Mark has successfully led a £475m rights issue and overseen multiple M&A projects across various international territories. Previous roles include CEO for East Europe, Middle East, and Latin America, where responsibilities encompassed profit delivery and managing regional operations during the Covid crisis. With earlier experience as Chief Operating Officer for SSP in the Asia Pacific and UK & Ireland, Mark has demonstrated expertise in P&L management, operational restructuring, and strategic development. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
