Peter Hales

Peter Hales has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Peter currently holds the position of Assistant Operations Manager at SSP Sweden since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at City Conference Centre from August 2021 to July 2022. Peter also served as the Food and Beverage Manager at Quality Friends Hotel from March 2018 to October 2018. Before that, they worked at Nordic Choice Hotels as an Application Specialist LS retail/ Cenium for Restaurants and SPA from August 2014 to March 2018, and as an F&B Ekonomi Controller from August 2012 to August 2014. Peter also has experience at Nordic Light Hotel as a Restaurant General Manager and Souschef from 2010 to 2012, and at Stureplansgruppen AB as a Kitchen Manager from February 2006 to March 2010.

Peter Hales completed their education in a chronological order. Peter attended Stockholm hotell o resturangskola from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Hotell- och restaurangverksamhet. Later, they enrolled at Stockholms Gastronomihögskola, where they pursued a degree in Restauratör from 2010 to 2012.
