The UK includes operations in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland; Continental Europe includes operations in the Nordic countries, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Spain; North America includes operations in the United States and Canada, and RoW includes operations in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
