Christian Spencer has over 25 years of work experience, with expertise in organizational change management, software support and configuration, software implementation, environmental assessment, and project management. Christian is currently working as a Senior Consultant at SSP Innovations, LLC, where they actively practice change management with utility clients for the successful implementation of technology projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Support Consultant at Strategic Staffing Solutions, providing subject matter expertise in software support and configuration services for a Natural Gas Distribution/Transmission organization. Christian also served as a Software Implementation Coordinator at Emera, where they provided leadership in software administration and training development for the gas business unit. Before entering the technology industry, they worked in the environmental sector, including roles as an Environmental Scientist at AECOM, a Field Biologist at SOUTHERN COMPANY SERVICES, INC, an Environmental Science Technician at BE&K Building Group, and a TV Inspection Crew Leader at ADS Environmental Services.
