Toby Henderson

Toby Henderson is an experienced attorney and shareholder at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer, a law firm that has expanded from three founding attorneys to 25 lawyers since its establishment in 1986. Henderson has been with the firm since May 2000, following a role as a staff attorney at the Ohio Third District Court of Appeals from May 1999 to May 2000. Henderson holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Ball State University, completed in 1996. Additionally, Henderson earned an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Law from Vincennes University from 1992 to 1994 and has foundational education from Tri-Central, where studies took place from 1984 to 1988.
