Aaron Gaita is currently the VP of Strategy at FUNDAMENTALco, a position held since 2026. Previously, they served as Strategy Director at SS+K from 2023 to 2026, and as Senior Strategist, Strategist, and Social Strategist at 72andSunny from 2015 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Jr. Strategist at Colangelo from 2013 to 2015. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Music, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany in 2011.
