Rolando Faria

Rolando Faria is currently serving as the Director of Maintenance, Asset Integrity & Reliability at SSR Mining Inc., a position held since August 2025. Previously, Faria worked as the Director of Maintenance & Reliability at WE Soda from August 2023 to August 2025. Faria has extensive experience in the mining industry, having held various roles at Sibanye-Stillwater from March 2020 to August 2023, including Mine Operations and Maintenance Manager and Mobile Maintenance Superintendent. Prior to that, Faria spent over a decade at Newmont Corporation, where positions included Senior Manager Asset Management, Mine Maintenance General Supervisor, Sr Reliability Engineer, and Process Maintenance Reliability Engineer. Faria's career began at Sundyne as a Quality Assurance Technician from August 2008 to December 2009. Faria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
