Cornelia Lawrence

Cornelia Lawrence, Ph.D., currently serves as Associate Research Director at SSRS, overseeing project implementation for high-profile clients and mentoring Project Directors. Previous roles include Senior Project Director at SSRS, where project specifications and quality assurance processes were coordinated, and a research-intensive tenure at The University of Texas at Austin, culminating in a Ph.D. in Political Science. Cornelia's research experience includes statistical consulting for the National Science Foundation and involvement in various research projects, both as a Research Associate and Research Assistant across multiple organizations. Cornelia also holds dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Writing from Texas Christian University, alongside a strong foundation in political engagement and study design developed through early internships and academic roles.
