Feng Hao

Mr. Feng Hao is a non-executive director. He is also currently serves as a deputy general manager and the secretary to the board of directors of Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Sichuan Kelun”). Mr. Feng has a Master’s degree; was a teacher at the School of Economics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology; an analyst at the Actuarial Division of Taiping Life Insurance Company Limited; an actuarial advisory consultant at Watson Wyatt Consultancy (Shanghai) Ltd.; a senior manager at the investment banking division of Ping An Securities Limited; and a business director at the investment banking division of Sinolink Securities Co. Ltd. Since April 2014, Mr. Feng has been a deputy general manager and the secretary to the board of directors of Sichuan Kelun.
