Ben McConnell Lcam

Ben Mcconnell LCAM, CMCA, serves as the Director of Community Operations at St. Andrews Country Club since February 2024, previously holding the role of Community Operations Manager. Prior to this position, Ben spent over twelve years at Castle Group, advancing from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager and also serving as Quality Assurance Specialist. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Research Analysis Intern at Discovery 33 and serving as a UCF Campus Representative for Knewton. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Central Florida, completed in 2011.
