Adam Foster

Adam Foster has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Adam is currently the Group Business Development Director at St Andrew's Healthcare. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Independent Health and Social Care Business Consultancy. From 2020 to 2023, Adam was the Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Elder HQ, where they achieved significant growth in care placements.

Before their role at Elder HQ, Adam was the Trading Director at Nuffield Health, where they were responsible for commercial strategy and business development. Adam also held positions at Priory Group, including Business Development Director for Education and Children's Services, and Service Development Director for Adult Social Care and International Development.

Adam has also worked at BMI Healthcare as the Head of Sales and Marketing, and at Lundbeck as the Director of Healthcare Development. Adam started their career at pharmaceutical companies such as Takeda, where they were an Account Director, and GSK, where they served as an Area Sales Manager.
