Nikki May

Nikki May has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nikki began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Blockbuster in 1992 and later served as a Store Manager, District Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2004, they transitioned to the education sector, working as a Learning Mentor and later as a Behaviour & Inclusion Leader at Northamptonshire County Council. Nikki then joined the Department for Education as a Behaviour & Attendance Programme Leader. In 2009, Nikki became the Pastoral & Welfare Lead at Millbrook School. Nikki also worked as an Associate Tutor at the University of Northampton from 2012 to 2017. In 2011, they became a Director at Gateway Growth Ltd. before joining St Andrew's Healthcare in 2016. At St Andrew's Healthcare, Nikki held various roles including Leadership Development, Operational Lead, Head of Operations, and Director of Care Delivery & Employee Experience (Interim). Nikki's most recent role is as the Director of the Operational Support Function at St Andrew's Healthcare, a position they have held since May 2023.

Nikki May has a diverse education history. Nikki completed their Executive MBA at Henley Business School from 2020 to 2023.
