Sheillah Muchauraya (She/Her/Hers)

Sheillah Muchauraya has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sheillah currently holds the position of Head of Transformation at St Andrew's School for Girls since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate (Schools) at Cohesion Collective from July 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they served as JS Head of Transformation and Diversity & JS Head of Sport at Kingsmead College from May 2017 to July 2020. Sheillah also has experience working at Redhill School as an Assistant Sports Director and Educator from January 2007 to April 2018.

Sheillah Muchauraya attended Rhodes University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (HKE) degree in Industrial Psychology and Ergonomics. Sheillah later pursued an Honours Degree in Critical Diversity Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2019 to 2020. In 2023, they briefly attended the University of Cape Town, where they studied Leading Diversity and Change in the Workplace.
