Ingomar Schmickl

Ingomar Schmickl has extensive experience in IT management and digital consulting. Ingomar currently serves as Head of IT at St. Anna Kinderkrebsforschung and previously held the role of IT-Manager at Hirtenberger Holding GmbH. Prior to that, they were the Head of IT at Komptech GmbH. In addition, they also run their own digital consulting and services company. Overall, Schmickl's work experience spans over 20 years in various IT leadership roles.

Ingomar Schmickl completed their education at FH Joanneum from 1999-2003, earning a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) FH degree in IT Management. Ingomar also obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, as well as ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2019.
