Alison Leech

About

Alison is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has been in the profession for over 25 years, working for Housing Associations and Local Authorities across Yorkshire in both front-line and strategic roles.

Since 2009 Alison has worked for a large Bradford-based housing association where she is Head of Policy & Performance. Alison has a strong belief in the importance of affordable, quality social housing with a particular interest in service improvement and performance and experience as a voluntary housing association board member.

Alison has a commitment to housing education and attracting young people into the housing sector and is a tutor/mentor on a graduate housing program and has lectured in housing at Leeds Beckett University.

Alison is a Member of the Finance & Performance Sub-Committee

Alison was elected to the board in 2021.
