Alejandro Alex Preciado

As St. Anne’s Director of Facilities, Alejandro “Alex” Preciado oversees our housekeeping and maintenance teams while also ensuring all of our facilities are maintained in clean and working condition. Alex comes to St. Anne’s with a wealth of knowledge and more than 15 years of experience overseeing facilities maintenance service organizations. He served as a Branch Manager for a popular plumbing and heating company where he improved productivity and increased revenue; he served as Regional Service Manager for well-known sanitary supplier, Waxie; and also served as the Regional Operations Manager for the water heater company exclusively used by Home Depot. His extensive experience in the for-profit industry has already proven beneficial to St. Anne’s –– since joining our team, he has already helped to strengthen and streamline procedures within both our Maintenance and Housekeeping areas, including improving the efficacy of our work order system, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the security of our facilities. With Alex’s leadership and the hard work of staff on our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams, they created “Operation: Sparkle” for some immediate improvements on campus including the renovation of the family rooms in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) thanks to a generous donation from a donor.
