Deborah Paratore

VP, Early Childhood Education at ST ANNES MATERNITY HOME

As Vice President of Early Childhood Education, Deborah oversees St. Anne’s early learning centers and home-based programs, as well as all content areas and speciality services for children at St. Anne’s. Deborah has been involved in the development, implementation and management of Head Start programs for over 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and graduate work in sociology from the University of California. She is a former UCLA Management Fellow and a National Head Start Fellow, and has worked with the federal Office of Head Start on the implementation of new federal regulations. She came to St. Anne’s by way of the District of Columbia where she served for over seven years as the Head Start Director for the District of Columbia Public Schools.
