Edgar Serrano

Edgar Serrano has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Edgar began their career at The Designory in 2001 as a Systems Administrator, responsible for managing hardware and software systems, network administration, and application stability. In 2013, they transitioned to GUESS?, Inc. as an Infrastructure Manager, overseeing the IT staff, financial aspects of the department, and vendor contracts. Edgar then joined Reformation in 2017 as the Sr. Manager of Tech Ops, where they managed a team, supervised day-to-day tasks, and saved the company money through contract renegotiation and hardware cost evaluation. Their next role was at VPLS in 2018, first as a Network Infrastructure Manager and then as an Infrastructure Manager, focusing on managing infrastructure and network systems. Currently, Edgar holds the position of Director of Information Technology at St. Anne's, where they lead the IT department.

Edgar Serrano completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology. Edgar attended the institute from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Edgar obtained several certifications throughout their career.
