Andrew Segovia Kulik

Andrew Segovia Kulik, M.D. serves as the Chair of Behavioral Health at St. Anthony Hospital since May 2021, following a distinguished tenure as Medical Director at Benchmark Psychiatric Services Ltd. from May 2009 to January 2022. From July 2013 to March 2019, Andrew held the position of Chairman of Psychiatry for Cook County Health, where significant initiatives included the establishment of the Integration of Behavioral Health with primary care clinics, the Behavioral Health Consortium, and the first Cook County Community Triage Center. Andrew also founded a system-wide Medication Assisted Treatment program and drove improvements in departmental performance, notably reducing patient wait times and enhancing service delivery metrics. Additionally, experience as a Forensic Psychiatrist for the Circuit Court of Cook County involved conducting court evaluations and providing expert testimony on psychiatric matters.
