Andrew Milburn

Andrew Milburn is a highly experienced hospitality professional with a strong track record in management and culinary operations. Currently serving as General Manager and Company Chef at St Austell Brewery since March 2014, Andrew supports kitchen teams and oversees new openings, projects, and events within the Managed House Estate. Previously, Andrew held the position of General Manager at Flatcappers Ltd, managing a multifunctional site, and at Mitchells & Butlers, where responsibilities included training and developing assistant managers across 14 Vintage Inns. Earlier career roles include Duty General Manager at Mackenzies Pub and Sales Consultant at Apollo 2000 Ltd. Education was completed at Lytchett Minster from 1995 to 2002.
