Paul Harbottle

Paul Harbottle is an experienced commercial leader currently serving as the Commercial Director at St Austell Brewery since September 2022. With a diverse career in the hospitality and beverage sectors, Paul holds several non-executive roles including Non Executive Chair at Fox Bars and Restaurants and Non Executive Director at Elite Coffee. Previous positions include consulting roles at Punch Pubs & Co and Domino's, as well as a tenure as Group Commercial Director at Enterprise Inns PLC. Paul's leadership experience is complemented by earlier roles as Chairman of Pussy Drinks Ltd and Chief Executive at Atmosphere Bars & Clubs. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Reading.
