St. Bourke

St. Bourke is an asset management and property development company primarily focused on residential communities and commercial assets. Our passion is creating thriving communities and driving significant value for our clients, partners, and community stakeholders. THE ST. BOURKE DIFFERENCE Most companies in this space specialize in the initial phase of placemaking or offer a narrow range of related services. It is rare, however, to find a company that offers a full suite of placemaking services ranging from acquisition through detailed design and development to ongoing management. It’s even rarer to find a company that will engage key stakeholders and navigate the placemaking journey from start to finish with them. We make places. From the ground up.
