Miller Sylvan

Miller began his JPI career in February 2013 and with more than 12 years of industry experience, is responsible for all aspects of new project development in the Central Region. This including overseeing site selection, entitlement, pre-development, and design management. Miller received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
