Sarah MacAraeg

Sarah Macaraeg has extensive experience in roles that emphasize customer service, education, and social media engagement. Currently serving as an Office Assistant and a Catechist at St. Catherine of Siena Church since 2017 and 2016, respectively, Sarah teaches seventh graders about Catholic faith while developing engaging lesson plans. Previous positions include an Uber Expert, where onboarding and customer satisfaction were priorities, and a Level 4 role at In-N-Out Burger, which focused on enhancing customer interactions and managing financial operations. Sarah's early experience includes a Social Media Intern position at the American Diabetes Association, contributing to increased engagement on social platforms, and a Media Intern role at Regent Park Focus Youth Media Arts Centre. Academically, Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate’s Degree in Natural Science and Math from Napa Valley College.
