Mila Elfman has extensive experience in volunteer and professional roles. Since March 2018, Mila has served as the Director of Lighting for HOA-USA, focusing on improving community aesthetics and functionality. Concurrently, Mila has been a Catechist Volunteer at St. Cecilia Catholic Church since September 2010, engaging in religious education after a previous four-year teaching commitment. Prior to these roles, Mila worked in sales support positions at Net IQ for a brief period in 2004 and at Lufkin Industries from 2001 to 2004. Mila's educational background includes studies at Louise Salenger Academy of Fashion and HCC.
