Jake Becher

Jake Becher is an experienced project manager with a background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at St. Charles County Government since March 2020, Jake oversees the Gateway Green Light program, managing over 340 traffic signals to enhance traffic flow and safety. Prior to this role, Jake worked as a Transportation Specialist at CBB Transportation Engineers + Planners, where responsibilities included managing traffic signal operations and conducting field observations for timing improvements. Jake began their career as an Engineering Intern at Web Techniques Inc., developing CAD drawings and assisting in product development, and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Jake holds Bachelor's Degrees in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
