Jeffrey Smith has a diverse work experience, starting in 1987 as a Firefighter, Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, and Fire Marshal at the Lake Saint Louis Fire Protection District. Jeffrey later became the Fire Chief from 1999 to 2014. In 2012, they joined the Ultimate Defense Firing Range & Training Center as an Associate until 2019. In 2014, they became the Director of Emergency Communications at St. Charles County Government. Additionally, from 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Co-Owner at O'Fallon Trophy and Engraving.
Jeffrey Smith attended the University of Central Missouri from 1987 to 1990. Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science, with a minor in Business Management.
