Lori M. has extensive experience in various administrative and managerial roles. Lori currently holds the position of Director at the St. Charles County Department of Workforce & Business Development, where they oversee job counseling, skills evaluation, and workforce recruitment efforts. Prior to this, they were the Division Manager of Operations/Equal Opportunity Officer at the St. Charles County Department of Workforce Development for 17 years, managing administrative operations and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Lori also worked as an Administrative Assistant II at the St. Charles County Department of Corrections and as a Legal Secretary/Witness Location Assistant at the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
