Samantha Shadrach has extensive experience in human resources. Samantha served as the Director of Human Resources at St. Charles County Government from October 2018. Prior to that, they held the same position at Warrenton Oil Company from March 2017 to October 2018. Before their director roles, they worked as the HR Program Manager of Student Employment at Lindenwood University from October 2013 to March 2017, and as a Senior HR Analyst at Express Scripts from July 2013 to October 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Regional Campus Director at Lindenwood University from June 2011 to July 2013. Samantha began their HR career as an Assistant Store Manager at Gymboree from August 2009 to June 2011, and as a Human Resources Generalist at True Manufacturing from February 2008 to February 2009.
Samantha Shadrach's education history begins with their high school diploma from Francis Howell North High School, which they obtained between the years of 1997 and 2001. Samantha then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology, with a focus on Inter-group Relations and Social Organizations, at the University of Missouri Columbia – College of Arts and Science. This degree was completed between the years 2001 and 2005.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Samantha pursued a Masters of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management at Lindenwood University – College of Business and Entrepreneurship. This degree was obtained between the years 2011 and 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Samantha has also obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. In September 2018, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
