Theresa Drulard

Theresa Drulard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theresa is currently working as the Senior Director of Performance Optimization at St. Charles Health System, where they oversee the optimization of performance and operational processes. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of the Lean Improvement Office at the same company.

Before joining St. Charles Health System, they worked as a Lean Specialist at PeaceHealth, where they focused on implementing lean methodologies and driving process improvement.

Theresa also has experience as an Independent Management Consultant at Lean Aligned, where they provided training, mentoring, and facilitation for lean transformations in organizations.
