Patricia France is the current College President at ST. CLAIR COLLEGE, and previously served as the President of St. Clair College.

Patricia France has a Master's degree in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a certification from Dale Carnegie Training in Successful Public Speaking. Patricia is currently an Education Consultant specializing in Adult Education.
