The Culinary and Food Service Management team at St. Clair College is responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dining experiences for students, staff, and events. Led by the Executive Chef and supported by Banquet Supervisors and Chefs, this team ensures that culinary standards are met, menus are creatively designed, and all food services run smoothly, providing hands-on learning experiences for students pursuing careers in the food industry.
