Brian Josey

Brian Josey is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as an MS Systems Engineer at Altera Digital Health since April 2023, and a Desktop Analyst at St. Clair Hospital since November 2019, Brian has developed a strong skill set in systems engineering and desktop support. Previously, Brian held positions as a Senior Desktop Analyst at Allscripts and an I.T. Rig & Deskside Support Analyst at U.S. Computer Corporation. Additionally, Brian has a solid background in customer relations, having worked as a Customer Service Representative at Citizens Bank, Bank of America, and National City Bank, where expertise in managing customer inquiries and concerns was honed. Brian's educational foundation includes an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from Pittsburgh Technical College.
