Joanna Hughes

Joanna Hughes has a background in nursing with experience at various healthcare organizations before transitioning into healthcare quality improvement roles. Currently, Joanna holds the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO & COO at St. Clair Health, where Joanna also serves as the Director of Program Management and Operations, Manager of Quality and Analytics, and Clinical Integration Specialist. Prior to their current role, Joanna worked as a Nursing Supervisor at Allegheny Health Network. Joanna obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Practice from Duquesne University and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Robert Morris University.
