Laura Sardone

Laura Sardone currently serves as the Instructional Coaching Lead at St. Clement's School, a position held since September 2012, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a Faculty Growth Model based on Instructional Coaching practices and facilitating professional development. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Instructional Coach and served as a Biology Teacher and Scientific Inquiry Support at the University of Waterloo, in addition to coaching Varsity Cross Country and Track. Laura's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, a Master of Science (MSc) in Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Biology from the University of Waterloo.
