David Switzer

David Switzer is an Associate Professor of Economics at St. Cloud State University, a position held since August 2006. In addition to teaching, David serves as the Faculty Fellow for Assessment, overseeing the evaluation of institutional student learning outcomes and collaborating with the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning to enhance faculty assessment practices. Prior to this role, David was an Assistant Professor of Economics at Northern Michigan University from August 2004 to May 2006. David earned a PhD in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
