Hailey Olson

Hailey Olson currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of the Career Center at St. Cloud State University, overseeing operations related to career development and employer relations since May 2014. In addition to this role, Hailey has experience as an Adjunct Professor, instructing an undergraduate course in Career Planning and mentoring students on various career development topics. Previously, Hailey held the position of Assistant Director for Career Development & Outreach, providing comprehensive services to students and alumni. Other roles include Career Services Coordinator at Minnesota School of Business and Graduate Intern at College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, among others. Hailey holds a Master of Science in College Counseling & Student Development from St. Cloud State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and an Associate of Arts degree from Cottey College.
