Jennifer Schurrer

Jennifer Schurrer is a seasoned veterinarian with extensive experience in various roles within the veterinary field. As the Co-Founder of VetPMP since February 2018, Jennifer has contributed to the development of a controlled drug database aimed at preventing drug diversion in veterinary medicine. Jennifer also serves as the Hospital Administrator at East Central Veterinarians and has an ongoing role as an IACUC Backup Veterinarian at St. Cloud State University since 2009, focusing on the review of teaching and research protocols. Jennifer’s previous positions include Relief Veterinarian, Resident Veterinarian at Minnesota School of Business, Associate Veterinarian at Companions Animal Hospital, and Veterinarian at the University of Minnesota. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota, a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner from the University of Tennessee, and a Master of Arts in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota.
