Patrice Holter

Patrice Holter is a seasoned facilities manager at St. Cloud State University, where responsibilities include directing operations for the extended campus in Plymouth, MN since February 2020. As CEO and owner of PD Cozy Cabins, LLC since March 2016, Patrice oversees all aspects of vacation rental property management and financial operations while enhancing the local recreational community.
