Viviana Valenzuela Escobar

Viviana Valenzuela Escobar is currently the Service Manager at ST Computacion S.A. Viviana previously held the position of Jefe de Servicios BPO at Holding Solunegocios. In their roles, Viviana has been responsible for ensuring service levels are met with clients and overseeing daily tasks related to regulatory information, indicators, panels, and operational processes. Viviana holds a Magister en Dirección de Empresa degree from Universidad del Bío Bío, as well as a Diplomado en Habilidades Sociales e Inserción Laboral.
