Kelly Johnson

Kelly Johnson currently serves as the Deputy Clerk of Court for St. Croix County since March 2023. Previously, Kelly was involved with the Minnesota Senate as a CLA for the Senate Finance Committee under Chair Julie Rosen from January 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Animal Humane Society as a Government Affairs Liaison and Executive Administrative Assistant from August 2017 to January 2022, as well as serving various capacities within the Minnesota Senate and House of Representatives, notably as CLA to the State Government Finance Committee and Legislative Assistant. Educational qualifications include ongoing paralegal studies in Business and Contract Law at Duke University, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota, and earlier education at Drake University and Holy Family Catholic High School.
